Landscaping Foreman

Schultz Landscapingis looking for an experienced and dependable Landscape / Hardscape Foreman to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial landscape installations including patios, retaining walls, grading, planting, drainage, and outdoor living spaces.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can lead a crew, communicate clearly in English, and keep projects running efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew on landscape and hardscape projects
• Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, edging, sod, mulch, and plantings
• Read and follow project plans and layouts
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, saws, and trailers
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Communicate with management, crew members, and clients professionally
• Track materials, tools, and daily job progress

Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscaping and/or hardscape experience required
• Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
• Ability to build hardscape projects correctly and efficiently
• Must speak and understand English
• Valid driver’s license required
• Experience pulling trailers and operating equipment preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented

Preferred Experience

• Paver patios and retaining walls
• Grading and drainage
• Blueprint or landscape plan reading
• Skid steer or excavator operation
• Natural stone installation
• Crew leadership and scheduling

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 40–50 hours per week
• Occasional overtime during peak season
