Landscaping Technician / Floater

Position Overview

Saar Management LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Landscaping Technician / Floater to support multiple residential communities throughout the Jacksonville area.

This position is responsible for maintaining landscaping standards, exterior cleanliness, and overall curb appeal across assigned properties. The Landscaping Floater will travel between communities as operational needs require and assist onsite teams with landscaping and grounds maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping and grounds across multiple Saar Management properties
• Perform lawn care including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Maintain plant beds, shrubs, trees, and common areas
• Remove debris, trash, and maintain exterior cleanliness
• Assist with irrigation checks and minor landscaping repairs
• Support property teams during special projects and seasonal needs
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely
• Follow company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
• Travel between Jacksonville properties as scheduled

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred
• Landscaping certification or related training is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to travel between multiple properties
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $19.00 per hour (higher pay may be offered based on experience and qualifications)
• Full-time position
