Description


Job Purpose

Identify, create and realize business opportunity in key accounts to ensure business sustainability and growth, to increase the organization profitability, valuable market share, build a strong rapport with customers to increase customer satisfaction, experience and retention, to generate loyal customers, and minimize churn and port-outs, through delivering an outstanding service and support for Key (Strategic) accounts and promote/update the customer with all new products. Focus to increase the base value and volume (up & cross selling) through promoting the organization full product portfolio and to ensure the full achievement of the assigned (voice, Solution, products and data) target on monthly basis working efficiently on increasing our business share in acquired account, perform high problem Demonstrate efficient account management skills, to manage the base, and its ongoing cycle of growth and expansion, build and maintain a qualified pipeline. Demonstrate a high level of professionalize and understand the critical role of managing such strategic accounts and it’s important to the company’s bottom-line. Achieve company’s sales Objectives & KPIs. responsible for all sales reports & insight to provide management with decision making insight, introduce the followed ensure that all bids and tenders documents are introduced on time

Report To Position Name

Achieve 100% of the products target on monthly basis, and Increase business size (Value & Volume ) Managing Sales pipeline ensure capturing max. number of business opportunity. Conduct daily visits to maintain strong relationship with customer , and diversify the service provided as per the need in order to achieve the Sales targets. Create Business Cases according to the received requests from clients and align with the Marketing teams in order to customize a solution to fit the client's requirements. Ensure the quality of sales through monitoring and managing churn per account. Ensure full utilization of all running marking campaigns and promos to ensure max. profitability Ensure full product knowledge awareness , to provide customer with efficient data. Interacts proactively with all concerned internal parties to ensure a smooth and efficient processing and delivery of customers’ requirements and keep proper feedback for Sales Manager. Prepares necessary reports with key achievements and segment’s updates to highlight business opportunities. Develops Sales forecasts / pipelines, reviews and action plans based on analysis of actual results versus forecasts to highlight work progress.

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

University Degree -5 – 8 years of Experience in sales field (Telecom). -Area of experience: Sales -Excellent command English Language (Reading, Writing & Oral) -Excellent communication skills. -Excellent computer skills -Excellent negotiation skills -Persuasion skills -Analytical skill -Critical &Strategic thinking -Leadership Skills

-Previous managerial experience -Time & stress management
