Laser Practitioner/ Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Medical Aesthetician (Full-Time or Part-Time) Sandy Springs, Atlanta, GA

Important: Saturday availability is required. Laser license required upon hiring.

We are a high-end medical spa located in a thriving retail plaza in Sandy Springs, seeking an experienced and results-driven Medical Aesthetician to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who is not only skilled in advanced treatments, but also understands the art of client experience, retention, and brand presence.

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional, natural-looking results. If you’re both treatment-focused and content-savvy, you’ll feel right at home here. Pay is competitive and negotiable for the right candidate!

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced skincare treatments including facials, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and microneedling
• Provide laser services such as laser hair removal and IPL
• Perform body contouring treatments (laser lipo)
• Educate clients and curate personalized skincare + treatment plans
• Recommend and drive retail skincare sales
• Support front desk operations (scheduling, POS) as needed
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness, organization, and inventory
• Capture client content and contribute to social media (Instagram & TikTok)

Qualifications:

• Active laser license (or currently in process)
• Proven retail sales ability and strong client retention skills
• In-depth knowledge of skincare, injectables, and treatment planning
• Excellent communication and elevated customer service skills
• A positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

Preferred (Not Required):

• Hydrafacial certification
• Lymphatic drainage experience
• Advanced body contouring experience

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

License/Certification:
