About Vanishing Point Laser Tattoo Removal

Vanishing Point opened its doors in 2008 as one of the first of its kind in the region; founded by tattooers Alan Thompson and Nate Strautkalns after realizing the need for removing or lightning unwanted tattoos in the St. Louis community. Vanishing Point works closely with tattooers in the industry allowing us to offer a specialized understanding of how tattoos enter the skin and what it takes to most effectively and safely remove them. This knowledge, combined with our years of experience, sets us apart from other laser tattoo removal options in St. Louis and the surrounding area.

Here at Vanishing Point we care deeply about our clients and their results. The tattoo removal process involves both medical risk and personal trust. Working with powerful technologies, such as laser systems, can affect a client’s skin, health, and long-term appearance. A strong code of ethical standards ensures treatments are performed safely and responsibly. Our ethical code promotes honesty about results, proper informed consent, and realistic expectations that protect clients from harm and disappointment.

We know tattoo removal can be a long and enduring process. Our space is designed to be fun, welcoming, and lighthearted. It’s the perfect balance between good vibes and serious progress on tattoo removal making our environment beneficial not only to our clients, but to our wonderful staff as well. We want you to relax, laugh, and feel completely at ease while we stay focused on what matters most: delivering safe, effective treatments and real results.
