LashPrincipal is hiring a skilled and client-focused Lash Artist to join our growing studio team. We specialize in customized lash extension services in a calm, detail-oriented environment focused on quality, precision, and long-term lash health. What You’ll Do

• Perform classic, hybrid, and volume lash extension services
• Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate styling
• Maintain high sanitation and safety standards
• Educate clients on aftercare and retention
• Build strong client relationships and retention
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and supplies
• Contribute to a positive and professional studio atmosphere

What We’re Looking For

• Active North Carolina cosmetology or esthetician license
• Lash extension certification and practical experience preferred
• Strong isolation and styling skills
• Attention to detail and consistency
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, coachable, and team-oriented
• Passion for beauty, aesthetics, and client confidence

Preferred Experience

• Experience with classic, hybrid, and volume sets
• Experience with fills, removals, and lash mapping
• Familiarity with social media content or client portfolio sharing is a plus
