Duties

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and comfort for each guest
• Consult with clients to determine their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles and treatments
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols to uphold health standards and ensure client safety
• Manage appointment scheduling, follow-up care, and product recommendations using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY
• Provide additional beauty services including brow shaping, lash lifts, or makeup application to enhance overall guest satisfaction
• Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, share transformations, and grow the salon’s online presence
• Upsell retail products like lash care kits, skincare items, or cosmetic products to maximize revenue opportunities

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification; additional certifications in lash extension application preferred
• Proven experience in eyelash extensions; familiarity with dermal fillers, dermabrasion, or botulinum toxin treatments is a plus
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients on aftercare and product use
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and salon safety standards
• Ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client records
• Background in customer service, retail sales, or hospitality environments demonstrating excellent guest interaction skills
