We are seeking a talented and passionate Lash Artist (Certified & Licensed) to join our dynamic beauty team! As a Lash Artist, you will be responsible for providing personalized consultations, maintaining high standards of sanitation, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Duties

• Perform professional eyelash extension applications, ensuring safety and comfort for each client
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable lash styles
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with industry regulations
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Square to optimize client flow
• Engage with clients through excellent customer service, building lasting relationships and encouraging repeat visits
• Promote retail sales of lash care products and other beauty essentials through effective upselling techniques
• Assist with social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promotions, and engaging content to grow our online presence
• Support the front desk by greeting clients, managing check-ins/outs, and handling inquiries professionally
• Participate in product demos, training sessions, and continuing education to stay current with industry trends and techniques
• Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues on best practices and new service offerings

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with specialized training in eyelash extensions is mandatory
• Proven experience as a Lash Artist or similar role within the beauty industry
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures for eyelash application
• Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide expert advice
• Ability to perform detailed work with precision and care in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with additional services like brow shaping, body waxing, or makeup application is a plus
• Knowledge of social media management tools for marketing purposes is advantageous
• A passion for beauty trends, innovation, and delivering outstanding guest experiences
