Lash Extension Specialist/Eyebrow Artist

Job Title: Lash Extension Specialist/Eyebrow Artist with 4+ years of experience (preferably in the UAE).

*We are a ladies' only salon.

We are looking for talented and passionate lash technicians to join our dynamic team across our four branches in Abu Dhabi. As a valued member of our team, you will be motivated to provide exceptional lash extension services and eyebrow mapping and shaping, and contribute to elevating our brand through impeccable work quality and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 4 years of lash extension experience and eyebrow mapping/shaping
• Provide professional consultations to clients before every service and recommend suitable lash styles.
• Provide clean, efficient, elegant mapping and consultation of lashes and/or eyebrows before beginning service
• Apply eyelash extensions using classic, volume, hybrid, cat, anime, and wispy techniques
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns
• Ability to cross-sell and up-sell services and offers for clients
• Ensure clients are very satisfied with your service and repeat clients
• Stay updated on lash trends
• Maintain a pristine and hygienic workspace by adhering strictly to the salon’s health and safety protocols for cleaning and sanitizing tools and equipment

Specific tasks will align with industry standards and may vary based on skill level.

• Previous experience in lashes and eyebrows is required (photos/portfolio to show)
• Strong creative skills and a passion for beauty trends
• Able to communicate English effectively with the team and with clients
• Evening and weekend availability
• Confidence in sales - willing to learn
• Punctual, professional, and works well on a schedule
• Ability to meet and exceed weekly and monthly personal and branch targets
• Participate in assigned training sessions to improve your skills
• Create and regularly update your portfolio to showcase your work for social media campaigns and other marketing efforts
• Offer outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with our clients
• Maintain a clean, organized work station and sell salon products and services to clients
• Work towards achieving personal and combined monthly targets
• Monitor and maintain product consumption and required stock and tools
• Create and maintain accurate, detailed client profiles and service history

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• English proficiency is a must
• At least 4 years of lash extensions and eyebrow mapping and shaping experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Experience working with a variety of nail types and textures
• Portfolio of previous work or social media account to showcase your talent
• Willingness to adopt the company standard operating procedures as expected

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
