Laundry Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize laundry items including linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry
• Operate commercial washers and dryers safely and efficiently
• Monitor and maintain inventory of laundry supplies (detergents, bleach, etc.)
• Inspect items for stains, damage, or wear, and report as necessary
• Keep laundry area clean, organized, and in compliance with health and safety standards
• Follow proper procedures for handling stained or contaminated laundry
• Maintain accurate records of loads processed, maintenance issues, or unusual findings
• Work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts

Qualifications:

• Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work overnight hours, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Must be reliable and self-motivated

Pay: $16.10 per hour
