Law Firm Intake Case Manager

Description

We are seeking an energetic, caring, and outgoing candidate for a case manager position at our law firm in the intake department. The candidate we are seeking for this position should be organized, professional, responsible, capable of working with limited supervision and committed to helping us meet all our clients' needs. There will be training for the beginning period before working with limited supervision. This person must be self-motivated, and able to keep up with a fast pace.

Responsibilities and duties include:

• Communicating with clients;
• Communicating with insurance adjusters;
• Data entry;
• Investigating cases;
• Providing excellent customer service at all times;
• Misc. assignments.
• Able to meet deadlines

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Required: Bilingual in English & Spanish;
• Required: 1 year of personal injury experience
• Knowledge of general office practices;
• Skilled in handling multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines;
• Skilled in effective oral and written communication;
• Skilled in exercising sound judgment and effective decision-making;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Preferred: Filevine Experience

Compensation

• $20.00 to $24.00 DOE
• Annual raises are to be expected with good performance.
