The Law Firm Partner is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality legal services, managing key client relationships, and contributing to the firm’s business growth and long-term strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise complex legal matters within the partner’s practice area.
• Manage and develop client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Generate new business and support firm revenue growth through business development and cross-selling.
• Mentor, supervise, and support associates, trainees, and other legal staff.
• Contribute to strategic, operational, and financial decisions affecting the firm.
• Maintain strong professional, ethical, and client-care standards.
• Monitor performance, billing, and profitability for matters under supervision.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with substantial post-qualification experience, typically in a senior legal role.
• Proven expertise in a specific area of law relevant to the firm’s practice.
• Strong business development and client management skills.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and financial judgment.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and organizational ability.

Pay: QAR1,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per hour
