Lawn Care & Airbnb Maintenance Assistant
Location: Lubbock, TX
Pay: $18/hour + additional work opportunities
+$2/hour if you have a truck and are willing to use it for hauling lawn mower and other equement

orprating hours 10:00-3:00pm

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking person to help maintain lawns and assist with general maintenance for our portfolio of 18 Airbnb properties.

Primary Responsibilities

• Mowing lawns and maintaining outdoor areas
• Weed eating, edging, and basic yard cleanup
• Transporting lawn equipment and supplies between properties
• Keeping properties looking clean and guest-ready

Additional Work Available

If you are handy and dependable, there will be additional paid work available involving:

• Fixing sink faucets
• Repairing fence gates
• Minor property repairs and maintenance
• Other general handyman tasks as needed

Future Growth Opportunity

Right now, work will focus on maintaining our Airbnb properties, but we plan to expand into servicing additional clients in the near future. As the business grows, responsibilities may include:

• Helping manage schedules
• Coordinating maintenance tasks
• Assisting with additional properties and clients

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable and self-motivated
• Able to work outdoors in Texas heat
• Basic lawn care experience preferred
• Handyman or maintenance experience is a big plus
• Must have reliable transportation
• Truck preferred for hauling mower and supplies

Flexible hours available depending on workload

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
