Lawn Care Crew Member

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Operate commercial lawn equipment safely and responsibly
• Maintain clean, professional job sites
• Work efficiently with crew members to complete routes on schedule
• Follow company standards and directions while taking initiative when needed

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in heat and physically demanding conditions
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Lawn care or landscape experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
