In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining lawns, gardens, and landscapes through hands-on work with a variety of tools and equipment. Responsibilities

• Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools to perform mowing, edging, trimming, and debris removal efficiently.
• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, mulching, pruning trees and shrubs, and installing new landscaping features.
• Use hand tools for soil preparation, planting beds, or hardscape projects..
• Perform snow plowing during winter months to keep driveways and walkways clear and safe.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure safety and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members on larger projects including tree care, hardscape installation, or horticultural enhancements.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping and construction.
• Experience in operating commercial lawnmowers and power tools.
• Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is highly desirable.
• Ability to operate small machinery such as excavators or snow plows is a plus.
• Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning techniques.
• Strong work ethic with the physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform outdoor labor throughout the day.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills in landscaping and outdoor maintenance.
• Prior experience with irrigation systems or hardscape projects is advantageous but not required. Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
