• Manage a residential customer route, delivering precise fertilizer and weed control applications.
• Identify and address turf types, weeds, insects, and diseases with expertise.
• Perform aeration and overseeding to enhance lawn health.
• Collaborate with and report to the Production Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Exceptional work ethic, enthusiasm, responsibility, and self-motivation.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Availability to work flexible hours, typically 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with potential overtime and occasional weekends.
• No prior experience required; we value a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
