What You Will Do

• Apply Treatments: Deliver customized lawn care services including weed control and nutrients.
• Lawn Renovations: Perform essential seasonal services like aeration and seeding.
• Manage Routes: Care for the same properties throughout the season to build client relationships.
• Diagnose Issues: Identify lawn diseases, pests, and nutrient needs after training.
• Operate Equipment: Use specialized commercial lawn care and application machinery safely.
• Physical Labor: Perform intensive outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Problem Solve: Address on-site challenges quickly to ensure high-quality service.
• Client Service: Act as a personable, professional representative of ProLawn on-site.

What We Are Looking For

• Outdoor Enthusiast: Comfortable working long hours in summer heat or cool rain.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a regular basis.
• Dependable Driver: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Mechanically Inclined: Basic understanding of equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Strong Character: Full of integrity, service-oriented, and highly reliable.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for team and client interactions.
