Duties

• Lead and supervise a team of lawn maintenance technicians, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are met consistently
• Assist Coordinating daily lawn care schedule
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide hands-on guidance when needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lawn care
• Supervisor experience
• Knowledge of general maintenance procedures
• Ability to operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong communication skills for supervising team members and coordinating with clients or project managers
• A proactive attitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
