Lawn Maintenance Lead & Technician

Hiring For our Lawn Division

Looking for a crew lead that has experience, that can operate truck and trailer. Come in on time and when expected to. Complete lawns within timely manner. Stay on task following order of lawn list. Filling out lawn timesheet. Be able to maintain quality work not skipping the weed trimming. Be able to maintain a clean truck each week as well as cleaning the mower decks and sharpening the blades.

We have weekly accounts for full season. Currently able to be done between 2-3 days. other days can be filled by maintenance or working on our other crew.

We are also hiring for laborers as well.

Our average workers earn between $500-$1200 a week depending days the show up, hours they put in, and weather conditions. Some positions there is opportunity to earn more depending on effort.

Requirements:
Clean Drivers License

Available 5 Days a week or more

Average Pay $100-$200 a day for laborers
Postition, Service, Performance, and Availability Determines Pay Rate, some positions will be percentage.
Raises and Growth into Company Available
Paid Weekly
Cooler of Water and Gatorade Normally Provided
Bought Lunches are common
Performance Bonuses on some jobs
Quarterly Bonus for Showing up Every Day Sceduled, at least 5 days a week on Time.
