Lawn Maintenance Professional

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawn Maintenance Professional to join our dynamic landscaping team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful, healthy lawns and landscapes through a variety of hands-on tasks. Your expertise will help create inviting outdoor spaces that enhance the beauty and functionality of our clients’ properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop your skills in landscape maintenance, and contribute to transforming outdoor environments into vibrant, well-manicured spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to ensure lawns and landscapes are neat and visually appealing
• Operate a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for landscape tasks
• Maintain and repair irrigation systems to support healthy plant growth
• Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal when necessary
• Assist with hardscape projects such as installing pathways, patios, or retaining walls
• Use equipment like excavators for site preparation or landscaping enhancements
• Provide seasonal services such as snow plowing to keep properties accessible during winter months
• Support garden planting, weeding, fertilizing, and general horticultural maintenance
• Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal operation
• Follow safety protocols at all times while working with machinery, tools, and landscaping materials

Experience

• Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is highly preferred
• Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, lawn equipment, and irrigation systems is a plus
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques including hardscape installation and tree care practices
• Experience operating construction equipment such as excavators is advantageous
• Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant health management is desirable
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills along with the ability to follow instructions accurately

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
