Lawn Maintenance Team Member

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our lawn maintenance team. The Crew Member will assist in completing various lawn maintenance tasks to ensure the beauty and health of our clients' lawns. Our company culture is important to us, and we need someone who will fit well with our team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
• Assist in the general upkeep of lawns and landscapes.
• Maintain and clean lawn care equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Follow safety guidelines and proper procedures while working.
• Help load and unload equipment and supplies
• Communicate with team members
• Report any equipment issues or concerns to the Crew Leader or management.
• Uphold company culture and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements:

• Some experience in lawn maintenance is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to operate lawn care equipment or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
