Stephen Carr Property Services is looking to fill the position of Full-Time/Year-Round Lawn Mowing Crew Leader. This position will join our growing crew! The Lawn Mowing Crew Leader is responsible for leading a crew of 2 -3 people and safely operating a truck with a trailer and making sure their assigned mow route is completed on time and done to our company’s high standard. We are seeking a motivated individual with a positive attitude who enjoys working outdoors and take pride in their work and can get along very well with others. This position will join our already hard-working team of Lawn Mowing Crew Leaders and Crew Members maintaining beautiful established landscapes along the Maine and New Hampshire seacoast. Our Lawn mowing crews work on scheduled routine lawn maintenance and seasonal clean-ups. Year-round employment you will work on snow operations in the winter season.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of Experience in lawn maintenance required
• Must be able to lift 30-50 Lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License Required
• Willingness to work in all weather (Heat, Rain and Cold)
• Willingness to work on Saturday’s as needed during busy season and or due to bad weather during week.

Thorough knowledge of the following required:
- Identification of lawn issues to report to management
- Identification of irrigation issues to report to management
- Be familiar with mowing and small engine equipment; mowers, trimmers and blowers etc.
