Lawn Service Technician

CR Landscaping is looking for a reliable and motivated Lawn Care Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in doing quality work, and is interested in growing with the company long term.

The role will start with basic lawn maintenance services such as mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and helping maintain clean, professional-looking properties. As the business continues to grow, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility and grow into a leadership role within the company.

We are looking for someone who is bilingual in English and Spanish, dependable, respectful with customers, and willing to learn.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Help maintain residential and commercial properties
• Load, unload, and care for lawn equipment and tools
• Keep job sites clean and professional
• Assist with basic landscaping work such as mulch installation, plant installation, cleanups, and other services as needed
• Follow safety procedures when operating tools and equipment
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers
• Arrive on time and be ready to work outdoors in Florida weather
• Support the team as the company grows and service needs expand

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred, but not required
• Must be reliable, responsible, and willing to learn
• Must be able to work outdoors in heat and different weather conditions
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Ability to operate or learn to operate lawn equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, edgers, and blowers
• Valid driver’s license required
• Clean driving record preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company

Pay: $15 per hour to start
Schedule: Part-time/full-time depending on workload
Location: Orlando/DeLand area and surrounding areas

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
