Responsibilities

• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to apply lawn fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control products with precision.
• Conduct thorough inspections of lawns to identify pest issues, weed growth, or other landscape concerns.
• Follow detailed application procedures to ensure effective treatment while adhering to safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Drive company vehicles to various job sites, maintaining cleanliness and proper documentation of service routes.
• Use landscaping knowledge to assess turf health and recommend appropriate treatments or maintenance plans.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments applied, chemicals used, and service reports for each client.
• Communicate clearly with clients about treatment processes, safety precautions, and follow-up care.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in lawn care, pest control, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license ; ability to operate company vehicles safely.
• Knowledge of pest control methods and lawn treatment products is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new techniques related to lawn care and landscape management.
