</li><li>Minimum of three (3) years of experience in operating grounds care equipment
</li><li>Must have a valid Florida driver?s license
</li><li>Must possess thorough knowledge of lawn turf operations, processes and lawn equipment
</li><li>Must possess ability to oversee crew in all aspects when Lawn Turf Maintenance III is not present
</li><li>Must have completed a minimum of four (4) hours of training by a Hernando County School
</li></ul>Board approved trainer
