Currently we are seeking a highly skilled " Lawyer" to join our team.

Qualifications

• Holding a law degree,
• At least 5 years of active and continuous work after completing his/her internship as a lawyer,
• Experience in the energy sector and knowledge of energy legislation,
• Experienced in contract drafting and negotiation,
• Good command of English,
• Good command of MS Office programs,
• Prone to teamwork, able to take initiative,
• Analytical mindset, solution-oriented, fast and detail-oriented,
• Positive, proactive, strong planning and follow-up skills,
• No travel restrictions,
• Completed military service for male candidates.

Description

• Preparing and reviewing contracts, analyzing risks and responsibilities, conducting negotiation and signature processes,
• Collaboration with Project and Operations teams throughout the contract processes,
• Continuation of contract negotiations with domestic and international stakeholders,
• Conducting legal risk assessments on existing and potential projects and reporting to relevant units,
• Ensuring cooperation and communication with the law firms that the company receives consultancy from.
• Execution of legal processes with local law firms working on overseas projects,
• Conducting legal research on the legal questions managed and preparing opinions, correspondence and other documents on the subject,
• Monitoring legal regulations related to the main activities of the company and reporting to the necessary units.
