Accountant – Food & Beverage (Bars & Lounges)

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with strong experience in the Food & Beverage industry, especially in bars and lounges.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in restaurants, bars, or lounges
• Strong knowledge of F&B costing, inventory control, and daily sales reconciliation
• Experience with POS systems, stock management, and supplier reconciliation
• Ability to prepare financial reports, monitor expenses, and control costs
• Knowledge of payroll, budgeting, and Qatar market operations is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily sales and revenue reports
• Control food & beverage costs and stock variances
• Handle invoices, payments, and supplier accounts
• Prepare monthly financial reports and support management
• Ensure proper accounting procedures and compliance are followed

Outlet Manager – Lounge & Bar

We are seeking a professional and experienced Outlet Manager to lead our lounge and bar operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing bars and lounges
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of bar operations, guest service, and staff supervision
• Experience in sales driving, promotions, and operational control
• Ability to manage shifts, stock control, and customer satisfaction
• Well-presented with strong communication skills in English

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily lounge and bar operations
• Ensure high standards of service and guest experience
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance
• Monitor sales, stock, and operational costs
• Coordinate with management to improve business performance
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and company standards at all times

Pay: Up to QAR7,000.00 per month
