What you will need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 7+ years of work experience, preferrable 4+ years of accounting experience
• Oracle ERP and other efficiency tool (e.g. AI) experience.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Successful in developing and implementing process change. Influence, negotiate, and drive change.
• Ability to think "process" versus just function, solid understanding of end to end processes.
• Time management abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate cross functionally and with suppliers

For positions that require any amount of travel: Valid driver's license, auto insurance (at least state minimum- more might be required), acceptable driving record per Schreiber Foods discretion, and vehicle that will ensure applicant can meet the travel necessities of the position are required.
