Total Wine & More is seeking a Lead Analyst, Total Rewards to join our HR Benefits team in our Bethesda, MD office. This role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to employee benefits, compensation, leave administration, and recognition programs. This role will assist in ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards established by Human Resources leadership and the organization. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Finance, to help implement Total Rewards programs, processes, and policies that align with organizational goals. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Total Rewards.
