Lead and Assistant Preschool Teachers

Duties:

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Teach basic academic skills such as letters, numbers, shapes, and colors.
- Foster social and emotional development through play and group activities.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.

Note: Experience in tutoring, math, daycare, child welfare, or physical education is a plus but not required for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
