Lead Barista / Cafe Supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. You are expected to start by August 1st. This is a full time position, weekly hour requirement is 30-40 hours. If the lead barista has management experience and qualifications the start rate will be $14 + tips.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accurate processing
• Assist baristas in preparing coffee, tea, and other beverages
• Serve pastries, sandwiches, and other food items
• Keep the café area clean and organized, including clearing tables and washing dishes
• Restock supplies as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
• Follow all health and safety guidelines

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
