Job Description

Bridgezon Services is looking for a visionary Lead Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our forward-thinking team in the heart of Msheireb, Doha. As we operate in one of the world's first fully sustainable smart city districts, we require a leader who can turn massive datasets into the strategic fuel that drives our business forward.

In this role, you won't just be "reporting" data; you will be architecting the way Bridgezon Services understands its operations, market position, and growth potential. You will lead a team of analysts to build robust data pipelines and executive-level dashboards that provide real-time clarity in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• BI Strategy & Roadmap: Own the end-to-end BI lifecycle, from data ingestion and warehousing to front-end visualization and insight delivery.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of data analysts, ensuring high standards of data integrity, visualization aesthetics, and analytical rigor.
• Executive Dashboards: Design and maintain sophisticated Power BI or Tableau dashboards for the C-suite, translating KPIs into clear, actionable visual stories.
• Predictive Insights: Move beyond descriptive analytics to implement diagnostic and predictive models that identify market trends and operational risks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Operations, and Marketing to align data initiatives with the company’s strategic goals.
• Data Governance: Establish and enforce data quality standards and documentation protocols across the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
• Experience: 8+ years in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in SQL and advanced experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker). Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation is highly preferred.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to synthesize complex data into simple, high-impact business recommendations.
• Location: Based in Msheireb, Doha—must be comfortable working in a high-tech, smart-city environment.
