As a Crew Chief, you’ll:

• lead a small team throughout the day
• keep everyone moving efficiently
• maintain quality standards
• communicate with leadership
• solve problems on the fly
• help train newer team members
• make sure homes are left looking AMAZING

What you need:

• reliable transportation
• Valid drivers license
