Lead Cleaning Technician

Duties

You must have a drivers license you must have five years experience in house cleaning. You must have previous proof of employment and you must pass a background check in drug test.

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple areas, including commercial spaces, hotels, or healthcare facilities.
• Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
• Manage scheduling, assign tasks efficiently, and monitor team performance to ensure timely completion of all cleaning duties.
• Conduct quality inspections to verify cleanliness standards are met consistently and address any deficiencies promptly.
• Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective usage and timely replenishment.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all staff members.
• Collaborate with management to develop cleaning procedures that align with client expectations and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles, with prior supervisory or leadership responsibilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, hotel housekeeping operations, or healthcare sanitation standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
• Experience in managing laundry services or hospitality-related custodial tasks is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership qualities combined with strong communication skills to motivate staff and coordinate with management.
• Relevant certifications in cleaning standards or hospitality management are advantageous.
