Key Responsibilities:

Will lead team ServiceNow HRSD developers and Testers

Support and maintain all technical aspects of ServiceNow platform.

Design and Develop OOTB and custom application on ServiceNow platform with primary focus on HRSD development
-
Owns the requirement gathering sessions collaborating with various stakeholders.

Customer and internal Demos
-
Conduct technical training sessions for team members
-
Convert user stories into technical solutions.
-
Possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision
-
Testing of new and existing functionality
-
Documentation of new and existing process
-
Train end users/stakeholders
Skills Required:
-
8-10 years of experience of IT including 8+ yrs in ServiceNow developing application using ServiceNow platform (Development & administration)
-
Must have a lead a team in technical capacity

Experience in implementation of ServiceNow HRSD modules - Case mgmt, Lifecycle Event mgmt, Agent workspace, Virtual Agent, IntegrationHub spokes for HRSD (Adobe spoke for document mgmt, SAP Success Factor spoke etc..), Employee document Management, Employee Center portal

Integrations with other HR / recruitment tools like HCM, Workday.

Notifications, Surveys, Reports and Dashboards

Prepare Design / Architecture, review solution with Product owners, developing PoC's

Code review / best practices review/

Mentor junior developers
-
Requirement gathering, consulting skills and client communication.

Experience in leading Client workshops with customers across HR business units
-
Experience creating HRSD workshops decks and HRSD workbooks for the client to be able to fill out requirements post workshops
-
Ability to listen, interpret, strategize and consult on HR processes and map them to HRSD capabilities and solutions
