Leads and drives end-to-end project delivery through effective collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring optimal use of assigned budgets and resources.

Oversees complex, large-scale, and cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams.

Operates with high autonomy to make critical decisions, address complex challenges, and adapt strategies as needed. Proactively manages risks, balances competing priorities, and resolves conflicts to achieve successful project outcomes.

• Work with a team of project coordinators, engineers and fellow transition manager s and shall acts as a project liaison and site coordinator for customer and the internal project team.
• Involved in the transition process from Service takeover, building, delivery/implementation and testing of project together with respective stakeholders.
• Handles large-scale, high-risk, and cross-functional projects, often involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Conducts project and service transition activities using organizational practices guidelines & established processes.
• Track project schedule, scope and resources utilization, performance and achievement of project objectives.
• Establish communication plan between customers, engineers and management.
• Track actual cost & schedule against baseline budget and plan
• Provide periodic/regular and accurate updates and maintain effective communication channels with respective stakeholders.
• Manage issues & risks and ensure timely escalation to ensure smooth transition of project delivery.
• Manage 3rd party vendors/partners for the delivery and installation of hardware.

Skills for Success:

• At least 4-6 years in project management in IT projects.
• Project Management
• Project Delivery Lifecycle
• Prince2 Foundation/Practitioner or Professional Management Professional (PMP)
