Required Qualifications & Experience
Proven expertise in contract administration within the commercial real estate industry, with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
At least 5 years of experience managing multiple projects in commercial construction, including hotels, malls, and multi-storied buildings.
Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.
Domain Expertise
In-depth knowledge of contract management principles and practices specific to commercial real estate.
Expertise in handling contracts related to city-side development projects, including hotels, malls, and multi-storied buildings.
Digital & Operational Tools
Proficiency in contract management software such as SAP Ariba or Oracle Contract Management.
Familiarity with project management tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
