E-Commerce Operations & Customer Success Executive
We are looking for a responsible and proactive E-Commerce Operations & Customer Success Executive to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer dealing experience, and basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online business operations.
This role involves customer communication, lead conversion, website and marketplace handling, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Care & Sales
- Contact leads and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Convert leads into paying customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain communication records
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
E-Commerce & Website Management
- Manage and update products on website and eBay store
- Create and optimize product listings with proper titles, descriptions, images, and pricing
- Monitor product availability and update stock status
- Coordinate with developers/designers when website updates are needed
Vendor & Product Sourcing
- Coordinate with multiple vendors and suppliers
- Source products and compare pricing, quality, and availability
- Maintain vendor communication and order updates
- Ensure timely product procurement and delivery coordination
Reviews & Marketplace Management
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback
- Respond to reviews professionally
- Maintain positive seller ratings and customer satisfaction
- Handle order-related communication and support
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain daily records of leads, sales, orders, and customer interactions
- Prepare simple reports for management
- Assist in improving operational workflow and customer experience
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer dealing skills
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Shopify, or WordPress
- Ability to handle WhatsApp, email, and phone communication professionally
- Good understanding of online selling and customer behavior
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently
- Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support, sales, or e-commerce
- Experience with product listing and online marketplaces
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets
- Understanding of digital marketing is a plus
