Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre- and post-contract cost management across multiple high-profile projects.
- Prepare detailed cost plans, estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation.
- Manage tender processes, bid analysis, and procurement strategy.
- Oversee contract administration, variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Provide accurate cost reporting and budget updates to client-side development teams.
- Guide and mentor junior cost managers and quantity surveyors within the team.
- Ensure best practice and compliance with RICS cost management standards.
- Act as the main client interface, representing the consultancy at meetings and presentations.
Project Portfolio
You will be working across a diverse range of sectors, including:
- Luxury hotels and resorts
- High-rise residential and commercial towers
- Mixed-use masterplan developments
- High-end villa communities
- F&B hospitality projects
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or related field.
- 10 15 years experience in cost management, preferably within a PMC or cost consultancy environment.
- Proven experience managing client-side developer relationships.
- Strong background in hospitality, residential, and mixed-use projects.
- Excellent technical knowledge of both pre- and post-contract stages.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
- MRICS accreditation highly desirable.
- Previous experience in the UAE or GCC market preferred.
