Job Description:
What will you do?
-
Lead or support Coupa implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Configure Coupa modules based on client needs and best practices.

Provide day-to-day support for Coupa users, resolving issues and ensuring system stability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Coupa with ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC , S4HANA)
-
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.

Manage supplier enablement, catalog uploads, and user access configurations.
-
Monitor and optimize workflow approvals, compliance rules, and budget controls.

Create and maintain functional documentation, training materials, and user guides.

Stay updated on Coupa product releases and recommend enhancements or new features
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Strong background in end-to-end implementation, configuration, and post-go-live support
-
Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Expense Management processes.

Experience with Coupa integrations using flat files, APIs, or middleware.

Familiarity with e-invoicing regulations and compliance requirements.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
