Lead Data Scientist

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with data science workflows, and the ability to lead and mentor junior team members. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy data-driven solutions that support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to deployment.
• Perform data exploration, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model development.
• Evaluate and optimize machine learning models to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production environments.
• Maintain code versioning best practices and ensure project documentation.
• Guide junior data scientists and support team growth.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python, model evaluation, and version control (Git).
• Experience with machine learning algorithms, data pipelines, and statistical analysis.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end model development lifecycle.

Added Advantages

• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Familiarity with MLOps processes.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
