  ? Capacity planning and performance tuning (R)
  ? Design and implementation backup strategies in IRIS (R)
  ? Design and implementation disaster recovery strategies (R)
  ? Implementing high availability / Interoperability (R)
  ? Implementing reporting/mirroring (R)
  ? IRIS installation, upgrades, and database patching (R)
  ? Troubleshooting and problem solving for complex issues (R)
  ? Managing Database maintenance solutions (R)
  ? Implementation of monitoring and other support tools in IRIS (R)
  
  • Understanding in database design and data modeling (P)
  • Experience in integrating IRIS with ETL/BI software (P)
  • Experience in ticketing system (ServiceNow) (P)
  • Experience in release management system (Azure DevOps) (P)
  • Good in Azure and Agile (P)
