Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Full-Time | South Austin

Our growing South Austin team is looking for a Full-Time Lead RDA who brings positivity, adaptability, leadership, and a passion for dentistry every single day.

We are a technology-driven office currently utilizing Eaglesoft and transitioning to Dentrix Ascend in the near future. Our practice is fully digital, scans all patients, and utilizes advanced technology including CBCT imaging. We are looking for someone confident, adaptable, organized, and excited to help lead within a modern dental environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 3+ years RDA experience preferred
• Strong leadership qualities and initiative
• Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced practice
• Experience in a high-tech dental environment
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Team-oriented attitude with a positive mindset
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Open to growth, learning, and helping support team success
