Lead Dental Assistant – Private Practice | West Bradenton

We are a growing, privately owned, one-doctor dental practice in West Bradenton looking for an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join our team long-term.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, motivated assistant who enjoys taking ownership, working independently, and helping a practice grow. We are not a corporate office — we value quality patient care, teamwork, efficiency, and a positive workplace culture.

We are looking for someone who can be the clinical backbone of the office: a strong chairside assistant with leadership ability, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to manage the flow of the day while working closely with one doctor.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience
• Strong chairside and clinical skills
• Experience with crown & bridge procedures
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Comfortable being the primary/only assistant
• Leadership mindset and team-oriented attitude
• Positive, professional communication with patients and staff
• Willingness to help improve systems and support office growth
• Intraoral scanner experience is a plus
• Front desk knowledge is a bonus
