Job Summary:
As a Lead Digital Aftermarket Specialist for Wear and Maintenance Products, you will be at the forefront of transforming how our customers and dealers interact with our digital aftermarket solutions. Your primary mission is to ensure that the data supporting these solutions is accurate, accessible, and meaningful, ultimately driving a superior user experience. You will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, working to identify and resolve data gaps, streamline data processes, and implement best practices for data management. By leveraging advanced digital tools, including Python, SQL, Power BI, and AI-assisted coding platforms, you will help organize, maintain, and deliver information that empowers customers and dealers to make informed decisions and efficiently manage aftermarket needs.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand evolving business requirements and translate them into actionable data improvements. You will also play a key part in supporting the development and enhancement of digital solutions, ensuring that data flows seamlessly and is tailored to the needs of our users. Your expertise will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping us stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge in digital aftermarket support. This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week at the Peoria, IL office.
Domestic relocation assistance is available for this position.

Summary Pay Range:
$128,470.00 - $192,710.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
