Lead Framer

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Lead Framer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage, read plans, and complete residential framing projects with quality craftsmanship and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead framing on residential projects
• Read and interpret construction plans
• Frame additions, decks, screen porches, 3-season rooms, roofs, and other residential structures
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades on-site
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
• Train and guide crew members when needed
• Operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely

Qualifications:

• Strong framing and carpentry experience required
• Leadership experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand plans and layouts
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various conditions
• Strong work ethic, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with residential construction projects preferred

Pay: $22.00 - $33.00 per hour
