Lead Full-Stack Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development, with strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks like React.js, Next.js, Express.js, and Nest.js. Knowledge of Python and its frameworks is a plus. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, Express.js, and Nest.js.
● Clean, maintainable, and efficient code in JavaScript.
● Collaborate with other developers to deliver robust solutions.
● Integrate front-end components with backend APIs and third-party services.
● Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
● Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
● Work with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and manage data integration.
● Optional: Work with Python and its frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI) for additional backend development.
● Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
● Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Required Skills:
● Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Python.
● Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js for frontend development.
● Experience with Express.js and Nest.js for backend development.
● Solid understanding of Node.js runtime and server-side concepts.
● Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
● Knowledge of Python and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI (preferred).
● Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
● Understanding of frontend tools, build systems, and version control (Git).
● Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and cloud platforms is a plus.

Education:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹6,500,000.00 per year
