We are seeking a Lead Functional Consultant specializing in SAP Hana BW to drive advanced data modeling and analytics enablement for our clients.

You will work with a skilled team to build robust SAP HANA data models, integrate diverse data sources, and develop reporting solutions that support complex business analysis. Join us to leverage your expertise and contribute to innovative data-driven projects.

Responsibilities

• Leverage core SAP HANA technologies to develop robust data models
• Employ advanced modeling techniques such as hierarchies and currency conversion
• Optimize SAP HANA database performance through analysis and troubleshooting
• Build new data integrations from various sources into SAP HANA
• Expose SAP HANA data to external platforms via OData and SFTP
• Develop and enable reporting solutions in SAP Analysis for Office and Power BI
• Support Data Science initiatives by providing accurate data to data scientists
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow
• Maintain documentation for data models and integration processes
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards

Requirements

• Extensive experience of 8-14 years in SAP HANA Platform and SAP BW
• Strong expertise in SAP HANA modeling, including calculation, attribute, and analytic views
• Proven ability to optimize SQL procedures, queries, and indexes for performance
• Experience in building data integrations using SAP Data Services, Alteryx, or Python
• Knowledge of exposing SAP HANA data via OData and SFTP protocols
• Experience supporting analytics tools such as Power BI and SAP Analysis for Office
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, GA4, IoT, and Azure Blob data sources
• Familiarity with writing data back to Salesforce platforms
