Couch Crows is a premium branding and digital agency serving clients across Canada, the UK, and Australia. We help startups, coaches, and businesses build powerful brand identities, websites, and digital marketing systems. We are growing and looking for a driven individual to join our sales team.

About This Role

You will work directly under our Head of Sales and play a key role in keeping our pipeline full. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will find the right leads, reach out to them personally, and support our outreach across email and LinkedIn.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead Generation

• Pull 500+ qualified leads per week using Apollo.io, Crunchbase, Clutch, and other B2B directories
• Research and identify the right startups and decision-makers in Canada, UK, and Australia
• Maintain a clean and organized lead list

Outreach & Follow Ups

• Send personalized cold emails to each prospect — no mass blasting, every message must feel human
• Follow up on emails and LinkedIn messages on schedule
• Respond to client inquiries professionally and on time

LinkedIn Support

• Connect with targeted prospects on LinkedIn daily
• Support content scheduling, engagement, and messaging campaigns

Reporting

• Track weekly outreach activity
• Report on leads contacted, responses, and meetings booked

What We Are Looking For

Must Have

• Strong written English
• Familiarity with Apollo.io or similar lead generation tools
• Basic understanding of B2B sales and client communication
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Available for night shift (to cover Canada, UK, and Australia time zones)
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience OR strong knowledge and drive to learn

Good to Have

• Knowledge of branding or digital marketing industry
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach
• Familiarity with Crunchbase, Clutch, and similar directories
