Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Lead Generation Executive to join our growing business development team in Lahore.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience who are eager to start a career in sales, business development, and international client communication.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads through different channels, and supporting the company’s sales growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, online platforms, and research
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain prospect databases and lead pipelines
  • Communicate with prospects professionally through email and social platforms
  • Assist the sales team with outreach campaigns and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and activities
  • Support business development initiatives for international markets

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good research and analytical abilities
  • Basic understanding of lead generation and B2B sales processes
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email communication, and online research tools is a plus
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, CS, IT, or related field preferred)
